Ocean Line Studio is committed to delivering fine art prints that arrive in perfect condition. This policy explains what happens if something goes wrong.
Damaged or Faulty Prints
If your print arrives damaged, contact Ocean Line Studio within 30 days of delivery. Send an email to the address below with a photograph of the damage and your order number. A replacement print will be arranged at no additional cost. If a replacement cannot be produced, a full refund will be issued.
Damage caused during transit is covered. Please photograph the outer packaging as well as the print before discarding anything.
Change of Mind
Ocean Line Studio prints are produced to order. As each print is made specifically for the buyer, change-of-mind returns are not accepted once an order has been placed and production has begun. Please review size and paper options carefully before purchasing.
If you are unsure which size works for your wall, contact Ocean Line Studio before placing your order and we will help you choose.
Framing Orders
Custom framing is arranged on request and is non-refundable once production has commenced. Contact Ocean Line Studio before placing a framing order to confirm all specifications.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy. Ocean Line Studio will honour all obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.
