About Ocean Line Studio

Ocean Line Studio is a fine art photography print business operated by Nicolas Letoublon, based in Sydney, Australia.

Products

All prints sold through Ocean Line Studio are produced on Canson Infinity museum-grade archival paper using pigment inks. Products are sold unframed unless a custom framing arrangement has been agreed to separately before purchase.

Product images on the website are accurate representations of the photographs. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen calibration and the paper finish selected.

Ocean Line Studio reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Pricing and Payment

All prices on oceanlinestudio.com are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Ocean Line Studio reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. Accepted payment methods include: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.

Order Confirmation

An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Ocean Line Studio reserves the right to cancel any order, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Intellectual Property

All photographs on oceanlinestudio.com are the original work of Nicolas Letoublon and are protected by copyright. Purchase of a print grants the buyer the right to display the print privately. It does not grant any right to reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially use the image in any form. Unauthorised reproduction of any image is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ocean Line Studio's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the value of the order in question. Ocean Line Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or from a purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Changes to These Terms

Ocean Line Studio may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at oceanlinestudio.com/policies/terms-of-service. Continued use of the site after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
