Shipping policy

All Ocean Line Studio prints are shipped from Sydney, Australia.

Order Processing

Each print is produced to order. Please allow the following processing time before dispatch: 3 to 5 days. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Standard delivery within Australia takes 5 to 10 business days from dispatch. All domestic orders are tracked. We offer 20 AUD flat rate shipping to Australia.

International Shipping

International delivery takes 10 to 20 business days from dispatch, depending on destination. All international orders are tracked. We offer 40 AUD flat rate shipping to Europe. For the other destinations, the shipping rate is 65 AUD.

Packaging

All prints are rolled and packed in a rigid protective tube, sealed for safe transit. The tube is designed to protect the print from bending and moisture damage during shipping. Do not crush or compress the tube during storage.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the price of the print or the shipping cost. Ocean Line Studio has no control over customs processing times, which may affect delivery estimates.

Framing

Prints are sold unframed. Custom framing is available on request. Contact Ocean Line Studio before placing your order if you require framing, and a quote will be provided.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact Ocean Line Studio with your order number. Ocean Line Studio will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.
